Shipping & Returns

WE KOKO is an on-line marketplace.  All orders are shipped directly by the fashion boutiques that design and create the products. 

How the order works

Once you’ve placed an order with WE KOKO, you will receive an email notifying you of your purchase..

When the boutique ships the product, you will receive a notification confirming your item is on its way.

The reason most our items are so unique and hard to find elsewere is a lot of them are hand made and made to order. So delivery times vary from boutique to boutique. Once the item is sent it usually take 2 working days to arrive if it’s being sent to a U.K address. Items shipped to Europe normally take 3-7 working days from when they are sent, and items sent outside of Europe are usually at 7-10 working days. Most items are dispatched within 3 working days, if it’s any longer or a made to order item it usually says on the product description. Items are sent with a tracked service although some items under the value of £20 are sent internationally untracked to save you on postage costs. (Please note orders processed after 3pm tend to add an additional shipment day) Please feel free to email us to get an exact estimated delivery time for any specific product. 

Please remember that shipping costs vary from different boutiques. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All customs, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not the liabilty of WE KOKO, nor are they included in the order total. Boutiques that work outside of the UK will notify you on each of their products that there is an extended delivery time and international shipping fee applicable.  If you are ordering a product and would like further information, please see the brands product page or email us.


Returning a Product 

When wanting to return a product simply email us at [email protected]

In the subject title put ‘return request’ and in the body of the email put your order number and your reason for wanting to return the item.  

you must submit your return request within 14 days of your order date and a furthur 14 days to actually return the item. Please note we are unable to process any returns outside of the above timings. 

  • It can take up to 7 business days to issue a refund once a return is received
  • In some cases refunds are done as store credit  
  • If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return
  • Certain items may have a smaller return window if so it will be stated in the product description

The majority of sellers on wekoko or based in the u.k but please note some sellers are international. Please feel free to email us to confirm where the seller you are purchasing from is based before you buy. Wekoko is not responsible for any items that are sent back but don’t make it back to us, for this reason and your own insurance we strongly advise you send any packages back with a signed for or tracked courier service. This way you have proof should a returned package be lost and we are better equipped to assist you and resolve the matter. Also please be aware that some made to order items may be non refundable so please check with us.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error or the item is damaged. If this is the case you will receive a refund on the shipping for the same amount you paid to ship the item on your original order. 


The following items are non-refundable

WE KOKO will not accept any returns received in damaged or worn condition

Intimates including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, socks, final sale items.

Items returned after 14 days of the customer receiving the goods.

Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox - please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box.

Please note that sometimes when a brand discounts their products, they may offer exchange only or items may be non-returnable.
